Google Analytics can illustrate the bounce rate of the website or specific landing page of a website. If a website owner notices that his website contains a high coefficient of bounce rate, then in order to reduce this number he can consider the following next steps:
· Change the content of the website page. By utilizing Google Analytics we can see what content of a site or page has the most amount of viewers and engagements. We can also see the time spent on a webpage before customer left the page. Web pages that have the least amount of visitors, shortest time spent on the page and cause customers to bounce as soon as they visit the page have to be changed with different content. It tells us that customers are not finding the information that they were looking for.
· Add other links to the web page that may be helpful for customers in finding more information about the brand and incentivizes them to perform the desirable conversions. For example, you can add a link that will lead customers to the “most popular products of a company” or maybe a link to a “guide about how to use the product”, or link to a “customers reviews page”, etc.
· Utilize clear and honest call to actions on your webpages.
