By measuring the performance of our website, comparing sales and learning more about our customers and their behaviors, we can make better business decisions and generate more sales.
Google Analytics allows us to see the location of customers that are browsing our website and ordering our products. By having information that tells us where most of our customers are located, we can make better decisions such as where to open a new store or restaurant. We will have a better chance to succeed because we know that people in certain locations are interested in our product. We can also run targeted marketing campaigns focused on relevant new products or services in those locations because we know that we have a receptive client base in those locations.
Google Analytics also allows us to see the sources that bring people to our website such as organic search or paid search, social media sites, referral sites and others. This information can help us to make better decisions about our marketing campaigns. If we see that we are getting most of our customers from social media sites we might want to be more active on those sites and maybe run our product promotion campaign there instead of paying for PCP advertisement.
